by this reference.
It's important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase, so if you're unhappy with some or all items in your order, you may return most items for a full refund within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
In case of discounted, on sale, or clearance items, and purchases made using coupon codes or reward points the return period is 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
As a condition of sale, items can only be returned and not exchanged for any reason.
The only possible exception for an exchange is if your items have a manufacturing defect or incorrect details / specifications has been provided. We will, at our sole discretion, decide if your items are eligible for an exchange or refund. You must contact us within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery. We regret we cannot accept any requests for exchange or refund after the indicated timeframe.
To initiate a return request, please
quoting your order number.
Once the return request is submitted, our Customer Service Manager will email you the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions within 1-2 business days.
All returns must be authorized before returning the items.
We will refuse and reject any returned items if they don't have a RMA number. Include the RMA number inside or write it on the return package.
The items you wish to return must be delivered to our fulfilment centre in Dubai which is open Sunday to Thursday from 10:00 to 17:00, except for public holidays. You may deliver the items yourself or via courier at your own expense.
We don't offer a pick-up service for returns at this time.
The return must arrive at our fulfilment centre on or before the deadline mentioned in the RMA email.
Any returns received after the deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
Items must be returned and received unopened, unused, unaltered, unwashed, unworn, and be in the original brand packaging with all original tags and labels intact. They must be packaged properly, to avoid any damage in transit.
The return will be inspected within 5 business days of receipt, and we will, at our sole discretion, decide if your items are eligible for a refund. We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your return.
If the return is approved, the refund will only be provided as Store Credit in your Yarns Dubai account within 1 business day.
Any other charges associated with your order, including but not limited to shipping fees, bank charges and currency conversion fees, are not refundable.
Reward points earned on purchase of the returned items will be deducted and removed from your account.
If for any reason some or all of the items are not eligible for a refund, we will ship them back to you for a fee of AED 12, to be prepaid in advance via credit card, debit card or PayPal. Alternatively, we may offer you the option of paying a restocking fee of 25% to 60%, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
