Your order is expertly packed and ready to be delivered to your door.
Orders are packed in sustainable, 100% recyclable and biodegradable courier bags. Unusually large or heavy orders are packed in cartons.
Billing and Shipping Addresses
All orders are shipped out from our fulfilment centre in Dubai. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order ships out.
Please provide accurate delivery and billing addresses and a valid contact number to avoid delays.
You can select an existing entry from your address book or add a new one during checkout. You may also update a current address in the My Account area.
Your billing address must match your credit card or bank statement address.

Avoid using accent marks or non-English characters. Our systems can't process Arabic characters correctly at the moment, which may delay the delivery of your orders.
If you currently reside at a hotel, include the hotel's name and contact number used to book your room.
A valid contact number, preferably a mobile, is required to assist with scheduling delivery. For delivery within the UAE, a local contact number is required.

In our experience, delayed orders will arrive shortly after the estimated delivery date(s). Various couriers may deliver orders, and it isn't possible to select which courier will deliver your order.
If you place a new order(s) before your previous one has shipped out, we may group and ship them out together. In this case, the shipping time of the latest order will apply.
Delivery Guarantees
We offer guaranteed delivery for Same Day Delivery and Expedited Delivery.
Suppose a delivery attempt is not made by the guaranteed delivery date shown on the checkout page at the time of purchase and confirmed in your order confirmation email. In that case, we will refund any shipping fees associated with that order.
This is subject to the conditions that your delivery address and contact number are correct, that your delivery address is within the prescribed delivery areas, and that you are available at the address during delivery.
Shipping Restrictions and Exceptions
Some limitations prevent us from shipping to specific areas within the UAE. The following areas, but not limited to, are considered Remote Areas of the UAE:

Our shipping charges may differ for special orders that are unusually large or heavy. If so, one of our Customer Care representatives will contact you before your order is shipped.
Invalid or incomplete addresses or invalid contact numbers may delay your shipment.
Changing the delivery address after an order has shipped may incur additional fees up to the value of the full non-promotional delivery fee.
If your order contains one or more preorder products, the whole order will only ship out when all products are in stock. The expected shipping date may be mentioned in the preorder product(s) description and will be specified in the order status where possible. Only Standard Delivery is available for preorders.
Couriers will make one delivery attempt for Same Day Delivery and Expedited Delivery and two for Priority Delivery and Standard Delivery before returning the shipment. If your order cannot be delivered and is returned despite our best efforts, your order will be automatically cancelled. The order total, minus the full non-promotional delivery fee, will be refunded to your Yarns Dubai account as Store Credit.

Shipping Fees
We work closely with our courier partners to provide customers with a competitive and economical delivery experience. The exact delivery fees are determined at checkout based on the number of products, product type, weight and volume of all the products in the shopping cart. Fees increase or vary from the base fee depending on the products in the cart.
Currently, only Standard Delivery is available for orders shipped to international addresses.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
If you place an order for shipping to an address outside of the UAE, the shipment may be subject to import duties, additional taxes and other fees, as we ship orders delivery duty unpaid (DDU).
You are responsible for paying such expenses for customs clearance and successful delivery. We have no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be.
Additionally, you are the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country where the goods are being received.
When customs clearance is required, it may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates, and the courier or your country's customs authorities will contact you.
Customs offices in some destinations require the importer of record to provide a particular form of identification before releasing a shipment. You may be required to provide an identification number such as a Passport, Tax ID, etc.
Import policies vary widely; you should contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
Please be aware that if you decide not to accept the order after it has shipped due to the application of import duties, additional taxes, and other fees, and the order returns to us or is destroyed, we will not be responsible for the refunding of any costs including the order value and shipping fees.
