This Shipping & Delivery policy incorporates our general Terms & Conditions by this reference.

Your order is expertly packed, ready to be delivered to your door. 

Orders are packed in sustainable, 100% recyclable and biodegradable courier bags. Unusually large and/or heavy orders are packed in cartons.


Billing and Shipping Addresses


All orders are shipped out from our fulfilment centre in Dubai. Unless otherwise specified, orders are shipped during our working days, Saturday to Thursday, except for public holidays. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order ships out.

To avoid delays, please provide accurate delivery and billing addresses.

You have the option of selecting an existing entry from your address book or adding a new one during checkout. You may also update an existing address in the My Account area.

Your billing address must match the address that appears on your credit card or bank statement.

Avoid using accent marks or non-English characters. Our systems can't process Arabic characters correctly at the moment, and this may delay delivery of your orders.

If you’re currently residing at a hotel, include the name used to book your room and the hotel’s contact number.

A valid contact number, preferably a mobile, is required to assist with scheduling delivery. For delivery within the UAE, a local contact number is required.

In the event you place a new order(s) before your previous one has shipped out, we may group and ship them out together. In this case the shipping time of the latest order will apply.

Delivery Guarantees

We offer guaranteed delivery for Same Day Delivery and Expedited Delivery.

If a delivery attempt is not made by the guaranteed delivery date shown on the checkout page at the time of purchase and confirmed in your order confirmation email, we will provide a refund of any shipping fees associated with that order.

This is subject to the conditions that your delivery address and contact number is correct; that your delivery address is within the prescribed delivery areas; and that you are available at the address during the time of delivery.

Shipping Restrictions and Exceptions

There are limitations, which prevent us from shipping to certain areas within the UAE. The following areas, but not limited to, are considered as Remote Areas of the UAE:
Ghantoot, Al Samha, Al Rahba, Al Bahya, Al Shahama, Al Falah, Al Shamkha, Al Shawamekh, Al Mafraq, Al Dhafra, Al Wathba, Madinat Zayed, Ruwais, Ghayathi, Liwa, Marfa, Sila, Dalma, Tarif

For exceptional orders which are unusually large and/or heavy, our shipping charges may be different. If this is the case, one of our Customer Care representatives will contact you before your order is shipped out.

Invalid and/or incomplete addresses or invalid contact numbers may delay your shipment.

If your order contains one or more preorder items, the whole order will only ship out when all items are in stock. The expected shipping date will be mentioned in the description of the preorder item(s), and also specified in the order status within 72 hours of placing the order. Only Standard Delivery is available for preorders.

Couriers will make one delivery attempt for Same Day Delivery and Expedited Delivery, and two attempts for Priority Delivery and Standard Delivery before returning the shipment. In the event your order cannot be delivered and is returned despite our best efforts, your order will be automatically cancelled. The order total, minus the full non-promotional delivery fee, will be refunded to your Yarns Dubai account as Store Credit.

Shipping Fees

We work closely with our courier partners to provide a competitive and economical delivery experience for our customers. The exact delivery fees are determined at checkout based on the number of items, item type, weight and volume of all the items in the shopping cart. Fees increase, or vary, from the base fee depending on the items in the cart.

Currently only Standard Delivery is available for orders shipped to international addresses.

In the event your order cannot be delivered and is returned despite our best efforts, your order will be automatically cancelled. The order total, minus the full non-promotional delivery fee, return shipping fees, import duties, additional taxes, and other fees, will be refunded to your Yarns Dubai account as Store Credit.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

If you are placing an order for shipping to an address outside of the UAE, the shipment may be subject to import duties, additional taxes and other fees.

It is your responsibility to pay any such expenses for customs clearance and successful delivery. We have no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be. 

When customs clearance is required, it may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Additionally, you are the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which the goods are being received.

Customs offices in some destinations require the importer of record to provide a particular form of identification before releasing a shipment. You may be required to provide an identification number such as Passport, Tax ID, etc.
