Yarns Dubai was launched in 2016 and specifically designed to make the process of purchasing online more convenient, efficient and secure. As a result, we encourage you to place all orders online for the fastest and most efficient service.

WENASI Yarns Trading LLC maintains the website "https://yarnsdubai.com" ("Site") and our country of domicile is the United Arab Emirates.

Shipping & Delivery

We have updated our Shipping & Delivery policy as of 15th June 2021.

Value Added Tax and Tax Invoice

Effective 1st January 2018, VAT is charged at 5% on orders sold and shipped by Yarns Dubai within the UAE. For shipments to countries outside the UAE, 0% UAE VAT rate will be applicable. The advertised prices for products displayed at Yarns Dubai are inclusive of any VAT. 

To request a TAX Invoice, please send an email request to [email protected] with your Order Confirmation number. The TAX Invoice will be emailed to you once your order has been set to COMPLETED.

* As of 2nd September 2020, a charge of AED 15.00 applies per order for all Cash on Delivery orders. 

If your address is within UAE, you can make payments using your Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards where AED will be accepted as the currency, PayPal or Cash on Delivery. For Same Day Delivery and Expedited Delivery, Cash on Delivery is not available as a payment option.

The Cash on Delivery option will not be available at the time of checkout due to past order cancellations or delivery refusals.

If your address is outside of the UAE, you can make payments using your Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards where AED will be accepted as the currency, or PayPal.

After ordering, you will receive an email from Yarns Dubai confirming your order.

Note that if you are purchasing using a credit card, the cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records, policies and rules.

The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his/her account.

Reward Points

Every time you make a purchase with Yarns Dubai, you earn Reward Points - which can be used to buy any product.

Your Reward Points will be added to your account once your order status has been set to COMPLETED.

Product Availability

Generally, when a product in our inventory is no longer available, either the product will not appear on the site at all, or a message indicating the product is "Currently unavailable" will appear on the product details page.

However, in some cases, due to inventory fluctuation, products that appear to be available when you place your order may be out of stock. If this happens, we will notify you as soon as possible that your order cannot be fulfilled and ask if you'd prefer a refund or a replacement for the missing product(s). 

Pre-Orders

Some products may be available for pre-ordering.

This means that the product is not yet in stock but can be purchased and will be shipped out when available.

The date of availability will be mentioned on the page of the product you are pre-ordering and is subject to change.

Should the date of availability change for any reason, we will inform you via email within 5 working days.

If your order includes pre-ordered products along with products that are currently in stock, then your order will ship out once the pre-ordered products are available.

Quantity Restrictions

There are no minimums - we just don't think it's a good practice. Enjoy!

However, maximums may apply depending on the product or model, and if the product is on sale or part of a promotion. If you exceed the specified maximum limit, your order may automatically be cancelled.

Images

Please note that the colours shown in a product image may differ from the physical product. This can be due to reasons such as, but not limited to, colour display of your screen and variation in manufacturer dye lots. Colours may also differ if the product is hand-dyed or is a recycled product.

Knots

During the manufacture of yarn from the raw material into a ball, there are many intermediate steps. During some of these, it may be necessary to join new threads or repair breaks, resulting in knots. Up to two knots in a 50 g ball is within industry standards and is not a defect. If you receive yarn from us that has more knots than you think it should, please contact us.

Returns & Refunds

We have updated our Returns & Refunds policy as of 20th October 2020.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of making your purchase, as long as your order is still "Pending" and is not being processed, by sending a request in writing to [email protected] mentioning your Order Confirmation Number.

If you have chosen Cash on Delivery as your payment option, your order will automatically be cancelled.

If you have paid by Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards, or PayPal, refunds will be issued in the form of Store Credit. If you prefer, the refund can be made back to the method of payment used initially. Please allow up to 45 days for the refund to be completed.

Your Account

If you use the Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorised access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You should take all necessary steps to ensure that the password is kept confidential and secure and should inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be, used in an unauthorised manner. Please ensure that the details you provide us with are correct and complete and inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering. You can access and update much of the information you provided us within the Your Account area of the Site.

Don’t create or use multiple accounts to abuse Yarns Dubai policies, bypass account limitations, circumvent filters, or otherwise subvert restrictions placed on your account. (For example, if you’ve already used a coupon code or have had the Cash on Delivery option on your account disabled due to abuse, don’t create a replacement account.)

Yarns Dubai reserves the right to refuse access to the Site, terminate accounts, cancel orders, remove or edit content at any time without notice to you.

Eligibility

Membership and transactions on this Site are not available to minors and persons under the age of 18 years. You represent that you are 18 years of age or over the age of 18 years before you become a member or transact on this Site.

Intellectual Property Rights

All images, logos, videos and publications are owned by either Yarns Dubai / WENASI or its suppliers and distributors. All rights are reserved by Yarns Dubai / WENASI and the suppliers or distributors. You may not copy or reproduce any images, logos, videos and publications without our written permission. Disputes

If there is any dispute about or involving the Site, you should contact us through email, or live chat on the Site, or by calling our Customer Care. If you are unable to resolve your issue within forty-five (45) days of notification of your issue, any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these policies, including any non-contractual rights or obligations arising out of or in connection with these policies, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in court in the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai without regard to its conflict of law provisions, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference into this clause. The number of arbitrators shall be one. The seat, or legal place, of arbitration, shall be in the Emirate of Dubai. The language to be used in the arbitration shall be English.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Yarns Dubai and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents and suppliers harmless from any and all claims, demands, actions, proceedings, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, expenses (including reasonable legal costs and expenses), howsoever suffered or incurred due to or arising out of your breach of this policy, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Alteration or Amendments to the Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to make changes to our policies, and these Terms and Conditions at any time. You will be subject to the policies and Terms and Conditions in force at the time you order goods from us unless any change to those policies or these conditions is required to be made by law or government authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you). If any of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining Terms and Conditions.

Events Beyond our Reasonable Control

We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these Terms and Conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

Waiver

If you breach these Terms and Conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these Terms and Conditions.

Governing Law

These policies and any non-contractual rights or obligations arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Yarns Dubai will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any OFAC sanctions countries.
